NIETE introduces an induction and continuous Professional Development Program (CPD) tailored for today’s educators. Our mission: to equip teachers with advanced pedagogical skills and content mastery through a state-of-the-art digital ecosystem. NIETE ensures every teacher has the tools to unlock their full potential and inspire a generation of learners by aiming to bridge the gap between home and school by empowering students and parents with tools and resources that complement the educational process. By the end of the school year, children are expected to have raised their performance levels 2x, this program will focus heavily on outcome and a third party monitoring and evaluation will run in parallel to ensure increased learnings for students.
